    Product Subscriptions

    Save when you subscribe to your favourite products

    We’ve set up the option for subscriptions to make life easier for you.

    We want it to be an easy way for you to replenish your supplements to enable you to maintain a consistent wellness routine. To reward that loyalty, we’re giving you money off your orders.

    Our subscriptions are completely flexible as well and you can subscribe to any of the products on our site.

    No one likes to be tied into long-term contracts either so there is no commitment. Once your subscription is set up, you can pause deliveries, update your delivery address, cancel your subscription, or make other amendments to your subscription at any time.

    It’s all straightforward and we’ve detailed some instructions below. If you’re struggling, email us and we’ll be able to help you out.

    Create a subscription

    To create a subscription, simply visit any of our product pages and:

    Choose “Subscribe & Save”

    Choose the frequency you want to receive your delivery, for example every 6 weeks

    Click on Subscribe

    This will take you to the normal shopping cart page, where you can review your order and proceed to the secure checkout.

    Create an account

    To manage your subscriptions, you will need to have a Vitality Pro account.

    You will be asked to create an account when completing the checkout if you are creating a subscription. You will just need to insert your email and create a password.

    Alternatively, you can create an account at any time:

    Click on the ‘Log In’ icon via the top right navigation

    Click on the “create account” button

    Enter the required details (First Name, Last Name, Email, Password)

    You will now be taken to your personal account area, where you can manage your subscription.

    You can change delivery dates, payment information, products you want to receive and much more.

    Now you’re in your account area, you will be able to perform all actions related to your account.

    Subscriptions – manage your existing subscriptions
    Purchase history – view your previous orders and subscriptions

    Cancelling a subscription

    Cancelling your subscription is easy. You just need to go to your account area and follow these steps.

    Log into your account on the VITALITY PRO website –

    Click on ‘Subscriptions’

    Click ‘View’ on the subscription you wish to cancel

    Click ‘Cancel’ and confirm

    You will receive an email as confirmation
