    Recommended Use

    To combat inflammation, provide allergy relief or regulate blood sugar, take 1 capsule of Quercetin daily. To utilise Quercetin for its senolytic properties, increase this dosage to 2 capsules daily.

    Quercetin is fat-soluble, so to improve absorption, it can be taken along with a meal containing healthy fats, such as avocado or olive oil.

    You can take Quercetin at any time of the day; however, we recommend that you take it away from weight or resistance exercise, as the anti-inflammatory effects of Quercetin may reduce some of the positive effects of the exercise session.

    Multiple studies have indicated that quercetin may help with seasonal allergies by stabilising Mast cells. These cells release a chemical called Histamine in the body. When histamine gets too high, it can result in allergies. Quercetin can help by lowering the amount of histamine that is released, and in this way, it may help to reduce seasonal allergies.

    Quercetin and Luteolin are both senolytics. Their off target effects are what set them apart. Quercetin in addition to being a senolytic has been shown to be effective at helping to regulate blood sugar whilst also lowering histamine levels, making it a possibly effective for seasonal allergies. Aside from its senolytic effects Luteolin has also been shown to decrease levels of CD38, a main user of NAD, and therefore may preserve NAD levels in the body.

    This includes if you've changed your mind, haven't noticed the difference you hoped for, experienced side effects, or simply decided the product isn't right for you.

    How to claim the guarantee

    • Email returns@vitality-pro.com with your order number, which you'll find in your order confirmation email.
    • We'll send you the address to return your product to. Please include a note with your order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return.
    • Once your return is received, we'll process your refund within 7 days.

    Return shipping costs: You'll need to arrange and pay for return shipping unless the product arrived faulty or damaged. All returns are sent to our UK return address. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please keep in mind that international return shipping can be expensive.

    Multiple bottles or larger quantities: If you buy multiple bottles or a larger quantity of the same product in a single order, the guarantee covers the use of one bottle, or the smallest individual size supplied. Any additional unopened units must be returned to receive a refund.

    For example, if you order 180 capsules and receive 2 × 90-capsule bottles, you can open and use one 90-capsule bottle. The second bottle must be returned.

    The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to our 100g NMN or 100g Resveratrol products, as we offer smaller 20g and 30g options to give you the opportunity to try the product before committing to a larger supply.
