    Recommended Use

    Take 2, 3 or 4 capsules of Regen per day in the morning with a small meal containing healthy fats. This equals 500mg, 750mg or 1000mg of NMN and Trans-Resveratrol.

    Studies indicate that a minimum dose of 8mg of NMN per kilogram of body weight (500mg for a 63 kg adult) provides benefits. Higher doses, therefore, may increase benefits.

    Trans-Resveratrol is fat-soluble, meaning it is best absorbed by the body when taken with a fat source. Healthy options for this are avocado, yoghurt, coconut or extra virgin olive oil.
