    For best results, take 1–2 capsules daily. Can be taken with or without food. Rhodiola can be taken at any time of day, but some people notice a mild stimulating effect. For this reason, many prefer taking it in the morning or early afternoon.

    Rhodiola (Rhodiola rosea) is a plant found in the cold, mountainous regions of Europe and Asia. Often termed an adaptogen, Rhodiola has been historically used to support physical endurance, reduce fatigue and help the body better tolerate and resist stress. Its active compounds, including rosavin and salidroside, are primarily extracted from the root.

    Rhodiola primarily works by supporting the body’s adaptation to physical, mental, and environmental stressors. It influences the hypothalamic pituitary adrenal (HPA) axis, helping regulate stress hormones like cortisol, thereby regulating the body’s stress response. This improved ability of the body to handle stress is believed to be one of the main mechanisms by which Rhodiola contribute to improved energy levels, mental resilience and a reduction in fatigue.
    Rhodiola has also been shown to positively influence the brain’s neurotransmitters, chemicals responsible for transmitting signals between nerve cells. Specifically, it works to enhance the activity of serotonin, dopamine and noradrenaline, all of which are crucial for maintaining mood balance, motivation, alertness and clarity. Studies also indicate that Rhodiola can inhibit enzymes called monoamine oxidases (MAO), which break down these neurotransmitters.     How to claim the guarantee

    • Email returns@vitality-pro.com with your order number, which you'll find in your order confirmation email.
    • We'll send you the address to return your product to. Please include a note with your order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return.
    • Once your return is received, we'll process your refund within 7 days.

    Return shipping costs: You'll need to arrange and pay for return shipping unless the product arrived faulty or damaged. All returns are sent to our UK return address. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please keep in mind that international return shipping can be expensive.

    Multiple bottles or larger quantities: If you buy multiple bottles or a larger quantity of the same product in a single order, the guarantee covers the use of one bottle, or the smallest individual size supplied. Any additional unopened units must be returned to receive a refund.

    For example, if you order 180 capsules and receive 2 × 90-capsule bottles, you can open and use one 90-capsule bottle. The second bottle must be returned.

    The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to our 100g NMN or 100g Resveratrol products, as we offer smaller 20g and 30g options to give you the opportunity to try the product before committing to a larger supply.
