Magnesium Glycinate
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or taking any medication, consult a doctor before use. Stop use if adverse reactions occur.Interactions: Bisphosphonates are used to treat osteoporosis. Magnesium can interfere with the absorption of bisphosphonates if taken too closely together. It's generally recommended to take magnesium supplements at a different time of day than bisphosphonates to avoid this interaction. Some forms of antibiotics, especially quinolone antibiotics (like Ciprofloxacin) and tetracycline antibiotics, can have their absorption reduced by magnesium. To avoid this, take magnesium supplements at least 2 hours before or after the antibiotic. Magnesium has been shown to interfere with the absorption of thyroid medications including Levothyroxine, Liothyronine and Naturally Desiccated Thyroid (NDT) preparations. Aim to take magnesium supplements at least 2 hours away from any thyroid medication you may be taking.
If you are taking these medications or any other medication, please first speak with your doctor before adding Magnesium Glycinate to your supplement regime.

Taurine
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or taking any medication, consult a doctor before use. Stop use if adverse reactions occur.Interactions: Taurine may lower blood pressure. When combined with antihypertensive drugs, there is a potential for additive effects, leading to hypotension or low blood pressure. Additionally, Taurine may slow the elimination of Lithium from the body. Given these potential interactions, it’s advisable to consult a healthcare professional before starting taurine supplementation, especially if you are taking other medications or have underlying health conditions.
For further information regarding any other potential drug and supplement interactions of Taurine, please see the ingredient profile on Drug Bank.* Allergy: This product does not contain any common allergens; however, it should not be used by anyone with a history of hypersensitivity to its ingredients or those taking medications that may interact with it.

Advanced Inositol
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or taking any medication, consult a doctor before use. Stop use if adverse reactions occur.Interactions: Inositol may reduce Lithium’s effectiveness and potentially interact with antidepressants and diabetes medications by affecting insulin sensitivity and serotonin levels in the brain. Additionally, Inositol has been shown to lower blood sugar and may increase the efficacy of blood sugar-regulating medications and supplements. If you are currently taking any of the aforementioned medications or any other medication, please consult with your doctor before adding Advanced Inositol to your supplement regime.

Lunar
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, under 18 or taking any medication, consult a doctor before use. Stop use if adverse reactions occur.Interactions: Lunar contains 5HTP, Magnesium and Apigenin. As a result, Lunar may interact with the following: Antidepressants: 5HTP when taken alongside certain antidepressants can increase serotonin levels to a dangerously high level. Sedatives: Apigenin has sedative effects and may enhance the sedative effects of certain anti-anxiety medications including Diazepam. Hormone Replacement Therapies: Apgenin may act in a similar way to the hormone Oestrogen and therefore interfere with certain hormone replacement therapy interventions. If you are taking these medications or any other medication, please first speak with your doctor before adding Apigenin to your supplement regime. Similarly, Magnesium may interfere with the absorption of thyroid medications. Anticoagulants: Apigenin is known to interact with members of the Cytochrome P450 class of enzymes. As a result, it may interfere with antiplatelet and anticoagulant medications such as Warfarin and Aspirin. If you are taking these medications (or any other medication), please first speak with your doctor before adding Lunar to your supplement regime.
