    Recommended Use

    Take 1-2 capsules of Alpha GPC per day as needed. Alpha GPC can be taken with or without food. If you wish to use Alpha GPC for its cognitive-enhancing effects, it is usually best to take it on an empty stomach 20 to 30 minutes before your chosen activity.

    Some people find that Alpha-GPC can be stimulating; therefore, you may wish to take it earlier in the day if you find difficulty sleeping.

    While we are committed to using only natural excipients in all products, a small amount of Silicon Dioxide (approximately 10 mg) is added to Alpha GPC capsules. Alpha GPC is highly hygroscopic, meaning it readily absorbs moisture, which can lead to significant defects by drawing moisture from the air and capsule shell. Unfortunately, we have not found a natural alternative with the same moisture-absorbing properties as Silicon Dioxide. We tested Bamboo Silica, but it was not as effective as required. We assure you that this small amount is widely considered safe and unlikely to impact human health.

    Alpha GPC is a molecule that contains choline, a nutrient found in the brain. Choline is essential for the structural integrity of cell membranes (their outer protective layer) and serves as a precursor to acetylcholine, a neurotransmitter crucial for muscle control, memory, and other brain functions.

    After ingestion, Alpha GPC breaks down into choline and glycerophosphate.

    Alpha GPC crosses the blood-brain barrier to increase acetylcholine levels in the brain, providing the necessary choline for its production. Acetylcholine supports memory and learning by enhancing synaptic plasticity, which is the brain’s capacity to form new neural connections. When acetylcholine binds to receptors on neurons, it initiates intracellular signalling that strengthens connections between neurons, known as synapses, making information storage and retrieval more efficient. This synaptic signalling process is vital for the communication between neurons, enabling the formation and recall of memories.

    How to claim the guarantee

    • Email returns@vitality-pro.com with your order number, which you'll find in your order confirmation email.
    • We'll send you the address to return your product to. Please include a note with your order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return.
    • Once your return is received, we'll process your refund within 7 days.

    Return shipping costs: You'll need to arrange and pay for return shipping unless the product arrived faulty or damaged. All returns are sent to our UK return address. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please keep in mind that international return shipping can be expensive.

    Multiple bottles or larger quantities: If you buy multiple bottles or a larger quantity of the same product in a single order, the guarantee covers the use of one bottle, or the smallest individual size supplied. Any additional unopened units must be returned to receive a refund.

    For example, if you order 180 capsules and receive 2 × 90-capsule bottles, you can open and use one 90-capsule bottle. The second bottle must be returned.

    The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to our 100g NMN or 100g Resveratrol products, as we offer smaller 20g and 30g options to give you the opportunity to try the product before committing to a larger supply.
