TUDCA promotes healthy bile flow, essential for digesting fats, absorbing fat-soluble vitamins, and supporting detoxification. It also helps reduce cellular stress and protect cell membranes.

    In the liver, TUDCA helps prevent the accumulation of toxic bile acids by improving bile flow. It achieves this by increasing bile solubility, reducing bile viscosity, and diluting toxic bile acids. These actions support the breakdown of fatty acids and help maintain the structure of the intestinal lining by reducing inflammatory and oxidative responses, thereby sustaining a healthy gut barrier.

    TUDCA has been shown to be protective of the kidneys, especially in circumstances where salt intake is excessively high.

    TUDCA is considered safe for most people however, it may cause side effects in some individuals at higher dosages. Potential side effects of TUDCA may include mild gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, upset stomach or abdominal discomfort.

    UDCA and TUDCA are both bile salts which can be naturally or synthetically obtained. The main difference is that TUDCA has a Taurine component which is shown to be effective at supporting liver and blood sugar health.

    How to claim the guarantee

    • Email returns@vitality-pro.com with your order number, which you'll find in your order confirmation email.
    • We'll send you the address to return your product to. Please include a note with your order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return.
    • Once your return is received, we'll process your refund within 7 days.

    Return shipping costs: You'll need to arrange and pay for return shipping unless the product arrived faulty or damaged. All returns are sent to our UK return address. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please keep in mind that international return shipping can be expensive.

    Multiple bottles or larger quantities: If you buy multiple bottles or a larger quantity of the same product in a single order, the guarantee covers the use of one bottle, or the smallest individual size supplied. Any additional unopened units must be returned to receive a refund.
