Vitality Pro Rewards is our free rewards programme. Create an account at checkout or through our website to get started. Already have an account? Sign in to access your rewards. No subscription or membership fee is required.

Earn 3 points for every £1 spent on eligible products after discounts, excluding delivery. You can also earn extra points by referring friends.

Redeem 500 points for £5 off a £20 order, 1,000 points for £10 off a £30 order, or 2,000 points for £20 off a £60 order. Minimum spends apply before the reward discount. Points cannot be exchanged for cash.

Sign in to your account and open Rewards to view your balance and available rewards. Choose a reward, exchange your points for a discount code and apply it at checkout while signed in to the same account.

Points rewards cannot be combined with other monetary discount codes. You can still earn points on eligible discounted purchases, based on the amount you pay.

Points earned on returned products are deducted from your balance. For partial returns, points are adjusted to reflect what you keep. If your points or reward appear incorrect, email support@vitality-pro.com with your account email and order number.

Invite friends who haven't shopped with us before. When they place their first order using your link or code, they get $100 off and you receive $100 store credit. Login to get your referral link.

Give a friend 10% off their first eligible purchase by sharing your personal referral link. When they complete an eligible order, you receive 1,000 points, redeemable for £10 off a future order of £30 or more.

Refer friends, family or colleagues who have never ordered from Vitality Pro or created a store account. Self-referrals are not eligible. Links are for personal sharing, not coupon websites, paid advertising or unsolicited bulk messages.

Sign in and open Rewards to copy your link. Your friend should follow it and enter their email to claim their discount before creating an account. They’ll receive their code by email and should sign in and order using that same email address.

You receive your points once your friend’s eligible order is paid for and the referral passes our checks. We’ll email you when they’re available. You can earn rewards for multiple eligible referrals, and the points accumulate in your balance.

The referral discount cannot be combined with the welcome discount.

If your friend’s order is fully refunded, your referral reward is cancelled. Rewards may also be adjusted after a partial refund.

Check that your friend claimed through your link and ordered using the same email address. If their eligible order has been paid for, email support@vitality-pro.com with your account email and the purchase date so we can investigate.

How to claim the guarantee

  • Email returns@vitality-pro.com with your order number, which you'll find in your order confirmation email.
  • We'll send you the address to return your product to. Please include a note with your order number inside the parcel so we can identify your return.
  • Once your return is received, we'll process your refund within 7 days.

Return shipping costs: You'll need to arrange and pay for return shipping unless the product arrived faulty or damaged. All returns are sent to our UK return address. If you're ordering from outside the UK, please keep in mind that international return shipping can be expensive.

Multiple bottles or larger quantities: If you buy multiple bottles or a larger quantity of the same product in a single order, the guarantee covers the use of one bottle, or the smallest individual size supplied. Any additional unopened units must be returned to receive a refund.

For example, if you order 180 capsules and receive 2 × 90-capsule bottles, you can open and use one 90-capsule bottle. The second bottle must be returned.

The 60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee does not apply to our 100g NMN or 100g Resveratrol products, as we offer smaller 20g and 30g options to give you the opportunity to try the product before committing to a larger supply.
