    Where do you source raw materials?

    We source raw materials and ingredients from countries worldwide, including the United States, Germany, Spain, Indonesia, China and more.

    There is concern about non-Western manufacturers whose regulations are less strict, such as China. However, it is important to note the food and botanical ingredient market is thoroughly globalised. This is not inherently a problem, provided correct quality control procedures and precautions are taken, including third-party analysis. We encourage you always to demand evidence of third-party analysis from your supplement provider.

    What methods of payment are accepted?

    All major payment cards and providers are accepted.

    PayPal payments are accepted for GBP payments only. Paypal payments are not available for subscription orders or as well as orders including NMN, due to restrictions in the US.

    Why don't you ship to my country?

    We try to ship to all countries across the world. However, unfortunately, some customs agencies do not allow the import of certain goods.

    How can I cancel my order?

    All orders are held for 1 hour to allow for cancellation. After this time, we cannot guarantee we can intercept an order.
