Magnesium Glycinate is a nutritional supplement that combines magnesium with the amino acid glycine. This form of magnesium is well-absorbed and gentle on the stomach. It's often taken to support bone health, nerve and muscle function, and to help with issues like muscle cramps, anxiety, and sleep disorders.

Take 3 or 4 capsules daily, either with or without food. Glycine is a component of Magnesium Glycinate, which has been shown to have a sedative effect that can support sleep. As a result, it is recommended that the supplement be taken in the evening to avoid feeling drowsy during the day. Additional ingredients: Rice Bran*, Vegetable Cellulose Capsule Shell (HPMC) *The natural excipient Rice Bran used is brown which has darkened the colour of the white Magnesium for the current batch.
