Alex Manos’ energy support bundle is designed to aid cellular energy production by supporting the health and function of the mitochondria, cell components that work to create ATP, the energy currency that runs the human body.
Products:
● Magnesium Threonate
● PQQ
● Spermidine
● Trans Resveratrol
Magnesium is an essential cofactor for ATP synthesis and mitochondrial enzyme function. Magnesium-ATP is the biologically active form of ATP, and magnesium deficiency directly impairs oxidative phosphorylation. It stabilices mitochondrial membranes and is required for proper function of Complex I and ATP synthase. Without adequate magnesium, even abundant substrates cannot be efficiently converted to cellular energy.
PQQ promotes mitochondrial biogenesis through activation of PGC-1α signalling. PQQ supplementation has been shown to trigger energy production through ATP generation and improve mitochondrial function. PQQ protects mitochondria from oxidative damage while promoting generation of new mitochondria within aging cells—a “fountain of youth” for mitochondrial function. This dual action of protection and proliferation makes PQQ uniquely valuable for mitochondrial support.
Spermidine induces autophagy and mitophagy, essential quality control mechanisms for mitochondrial health. Spermidine is a naturally occurring polyamine that elicits geroprotection and autophagy induction across species, prolongs lifespan in multiple organisms, and postpones manifestation of age-associated disorders including cardiovascular disease and neurodegeneration in mice. Spermidine exhibits anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties, enhances mitochondrial metabolic function and respiration, and external supplementation extends lifespan and health span across species. In aging mouse models, spermidine administration balanced mitochondrial dynamics and maintained energy for neurons through regulation of mitochondrial fusion and fission proteins, increased COX IV and ATP levels.
Trans-Resveratrol activates SIRT1 and AMPK pathways central to mitochondrial biogenesis and function. Resveratrol increases mitochondrial mass, mitochondrial DNA content, up-regulates electron transport chain protein expression, and induces mitochondrial biogenesis factors including PGC-1α, NRF-1, and TFAM. In Parkinson’s disease fibroblasts, resveratrol treatment enhanced mitochondrial oxidative function through AMPK/SIRT1/PGC-1α axis activation, increased complex I and citrate synthase activities, basal oxygen consumption, and mitochondrial ATP production while decreasing lactate, supporting a metabolic switch from glycolytic to oxidative metabolism.

Consider the following statements. If you find one or more relatable, Alex’s Mitochondrial support bundle might be the support you’ve been searching for:
We are committed to the following quality controls to ensure consistency, reliability, and transparency in every product. Our goal is to raise industry standards and give you clear reasons to trust what you’re taking.
All products are made to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards, the global benchmark for supplement quality. GMP standards ensure strict control over how our supplements are produced, covering everything from cleanliness to documentation and quality control. Every step is monitored to guarantee consistency and safety in every batch, so you receive the same high-quality product every time.
Created by the US FDA, GMP regulations legally require manufacturers to ensure product safety, purity, and effectiveness. GMP minimises contamination, mix-ups, and errors, protecting consumers from ineffective or unsafe products.
GMP Guidelines Overview:
At the foundation of what we offer is certainty of product quality through consistent third-party testing, specifically for purity.
In an industry where many supplement providers cannot be fully certain of their product quality, third-party testing is essential to ensure purity and safety. This process removes uncertainty, so you can be confident that you’re taking supplements that are both safe and effective.
Every active ingredient in every batch of vitalityPRO products is independently tested by accredited laboratories to ensure unbiased analysis of purity.
In the case of collagen, we test for total protein content. Since collagen is not a single compound but a group of proteins composed of amino acids, there is no direct test for ‘collagen’ itself. Measuring total protein provides an indirect but reliable indicator of collagen content.
Additional third-party testing screens for contaminants such as heavy metals, pesticides, and microbes, ensuring that each product is safe for consumption. Although certificates are provided by the manufacturer, this independent validation goes beyond standard testing, adding an extra layer of quality control.
Independent third-party testing ensures that you receive reliable, high-quality products every time.
ISO 9001:2015 standards are an internationally recognised framework for effective quality management. This accreditation means we follow a structured system of continuous improvement, always refining our processes to enhance product consistency and customer satisfaction. ISO accreditation ensures that every aspect of our operations—from production to customer service—is optimised. This means better oversight, reduced risk of errors, and a clear focus on delivering consistent results.
ISO 9001:2015 accreditation highlights a commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
We believe you should have full clarity about what you’re putting in your body and the steps we take to ensure the quality of our supplements. That’s why we are transparent and open about every part of our process.
Transparency means we share all the details that matter—how our products are made, tested, and verified. From publishing third-party test results to offering clear ingredient labels, we provide you with the information you need to make informed choices about your supplements. Nothing is hidden, and every product comes with full accountability.
If you are new to these products we suggest that you layer them in one at a time to see how you tolerate each one. There is no right order however we suggest that you follow the guidelines under the ‘recommended use’ section of this page.
Creatine is an excellent addition to this bundle. Alex chose not to include as he finds the other products in this bundle are effective at helping to support mitochondria. If you would like to add creatine to this bundle you are welcome to do so and can find vitalityPRO’s Creapure product here.
Mould illness is a complex disease that requires both a holistic approach and time to recover. We recommend that you trial the bundle for at least 60 days. That said many people do start to notice an uptick in energy after a few weeks of using the products.
Mitochondria are your cells’ energy powerhouses. When they malfunction, every system suffers—especially high-energy organs like the brain, muscles, and heart. Supporting mitochondrial health requires providing the right fuel, nutrients, and signals to optimise energy production.
Circadian Rhythm
Mitochondria function according to circadian rhythms—their efficiency peaks and troughs throughout the day. Morning light exposure and consistent sleep-wake timing optimise mitochondrial biogenesis (creation of new mitochondria) and function. Poor circadian health directly impairs cellular energy production and increases oxidative stress. Prioritise 7-9 hours of quality sleep when mitochondrial repair and regeneration peak.
Diet: Local, Seasonal Whole Foods
Mitochondria require specific nutrients to produce ATP (cellular energy). Whole foods provide these in bioavailable forms: B vitamins (energy metabolism), magnesium (ATP production), CoQ10 (electron transport chain), and iron (oxygen transport). Seasonal produce offers peak nutrient content. Minimise processed foods, which lack these critical cofactors and burden mitochondria with inflammatory compounds. A Meditaerean diet is a good framework to operate from.
Omega-3 Fats
Omega-3s are incorporated into mitochondrial membranes, improving their fluidity and function. They also reduce oxidative stress and inflammation that damage mitochondria. Include fatty fish, grass-fed meat, pastured eggs, and plant sources like walnuts and flaxseeds. Adequate omega-3 intake supports mitochondrial biogenesis.
Polyphenols
Polyphenols activate cellular pathways (like PGC-1α) that stimulate mitochondrial biogenesis and protect existing mitochondria from oxidative damage. Green tea (EGCG), resveratrol (berries, grapes), quercetin (onions, apples), and curcumin (turmeric) are particularly beneficial. These compounds essentially signal your body to make more, healthier mitochondria.
Dietary Diversity
Different foods provide different mitochondrial cofactors. Variety ensures comprehensive nutrient coverage: leafy greens (magnesium, folate), organ meats (CoQ10, B vitamins), nuts and seeds
(vitamin E, selenium), colourful vegetables (antioxidants). A diverse gut microbiome also produces metabolites like butyrate that fuel mitochondria, particularly in the gut lining.
Exercise: Non-Negotiable for Mitochondrial Health
Exercise is the most powerful stimulus for mitochondrial biogenesis—it signals your body to create new, efficient mitochondria. However, the approach must match your current capacity. For those with significant dysfunction, start with very gentle, short-duration activities: 5-10 minutes of walking, light stretching, or low-resistance cycling. The key is consistency, not intensity initially. As tolerance builds, gradually incorporate higher-intensity intervals, which particularly stimulate mitochondrial adaptation. Both aerobic exercise (builds mitochondrial density) and resistance training (builds muscle mass and metabolic capacity) are valuable. Without exercise, mitochondrial recovery will be limited—movement is the primary signal that tells your body to invest in energy infrastructure. If starting from severe dysfunction, increase duration before intensity, and allow adequate recovery between sessions.
Gut Health
The gut microbiome profoundly influences mitochondrial function through multiple mechanisms: producing short-chain fatty acids that fuel colonocytes’ mitochondria, modulating systemic inflammation, synthesising vitamins (B12, K2), and influencing nutrient absorption. Dysbiosis can impair mitochondrial function throughout the body. Support gut health with fermented foods, diverse fiber sources, and adequate hydration. Addressing gut health often yields improvements in systemic energy levels.
Stress Management & Nervous System Support
Chronic stress directly damages mitochondria through cortisol dysregulation and oxidative stress. It also diverts resources from repair to survival mode. Practice daily stress reduction: meditation, breathwork, time in nature, or activities that genuinely restore you. Sleep quality is critical—mitochondrial repair peaks during deep sleep. Consider adaptogenic herbs (ashwagandha, rhodiola) under practitioner guidance. Balancing your nervous system creates the internal environment for mitochondrial healing.
