Golden Omega® Announcement.
Following routine quality testing, we have identified that the current batch of Golden Omega® is oxidising more rapidly than anticipated and may reach the outer limits of our acceptable range in the coming months. In light of these results, we have proactively removed the product from sale and paused all future orders.
This decision is precautionary and is in line with our commitment to product quality. While the product remains safe and effective at present, we do not want any risk of customers receiving products that could fall below our quality expectations during their period of use.
We are currently investigating whether this is a product-specific issue or a broader challenge affecting fish oils on the market. As part of this process, we have cancelled active subscriptions for Golden Omega®. You will receive a message you separately to confirm this if you have an active subscription.
